Beyond the Housing Deficit — session poster

About this session

Africa's housing deficit is widely recognised as a major development challenge. But beyond the need for more housing, an important question remains: where will the next investable real estate opportunities and returns across Africa come from?

Join LEAF Africa for a timely conversation exploring the changing African real estate landscape, emerging investment opportunities, market dynamics, and the factors shaping the future of real estate across the continent.

The panel brings together experience across real estate, investment, research and property technology — from market intelligence on African assets, to cross-border capital moving between the Gulf and the continent, to building and financing at scale in Lagos and Dar es Salaam.

Come with your questions and your own reading of the market. The session runs 90 minutes on Zoom, and the recording is published here afterwards.
